Augie grew up in a real estate family. As the son of a pioneering developer, he learned the trade firsthand and developed an early understanding of how real estate shapes communities and creates long-term value.
He later built a successful legal career in Chicago, developing sharp skills in negotiation, contract interpretation, and client advocacy. His legal background gives clients a clear advantage when navigating complex real estate transactions.
Augie is also a seasoned real estate investor who owns and manages a portfolio of properties, providing practical insight into acquisitions, property management, and long-term investment strategy.
Before entering real estate full-time, Augie spent more than a decade as one of the most sought-after flats fishing guides in the Florida Keys. He co-founded the Florida Keys Fishing Guides Foundation and served as Secretary of the local guides association, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to advocacy within the industry.
With experience across law, investing, and high-level client service, Augie brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to every transaction and serves as a steady guide for clients through every step of the real estate journey.

Chris is a Charleston native with deep roots in Mount Pleasant, where he grew up exploring the creeks, woods, and beaches of Hobcaw Point.
With more than 30 years in the area and a passion for his hometown’s transformation, Chris brings unmatched local knowledge and a strong network to his real estate clients.
Since 2017, he has closed more than 150 transactions totaling over $70 million in sales, helping everyone from first-time buyers to investors and vacation-home seekers.
A graduate of Wando High School and the College of Charleston, Chris began his career in logistics and petroleum sales before following his passion into real estate.
Outside of work, Chris is active in the community through organizations like The First Tee Foundation and the South Carolina Waterfowl Association. He’s a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time outdoors with his family — fishing, hunting with his Boykin Spaniel “Roadie,” or playing golf.

He earned his law degree, summa cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law and graduated with honors with dual undergraduate degrees in law, economics, and business.
Graham understands the character of Charleston’s historic neighborhoods, coastal communities, and evolving market trends. He guides clients with practical insight, integrity, and a long-term perspective — focused not just on closing transactions, but on building lasting relationships.
Graham lives in Mount Pleasant with his wife and children and is active in the community, serving on several boards, including the Charleston County Library Board of Trustees. In 2026, Governor Henry McMaster appointed him to the South Carolina State Library Board to represent the First Congressional District.

For over 45 years, Nick owned and operated a successful business in Mount Pleasant, building a loyal client base and a reputation for consistency, trust, and service. That same approach carries through in his real estate work—steady guidance, clear communication, and a focus on getting deals done the right way.
Nick also served on Mount Pleasant Town Council from 2006 to 2012, giving him a firsthand understanding of how the town has grown and where it’s headed. He brings that perspective to every client he works with, whether buying, selling, or investing.
Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys time on the golf course and playing guitar. He and his wife, Sally, have been married for over 45 years and remain active in the Mount Pleasant community.

Outside of real estate, Jason stays active through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, and exploring Charleston. He brings that same discipline, focus, and consistency into his work.

As a local, he has experienced Charleston’s remarkable growth and transformation into one of the nation’s most charming cities. Having spent the last seven years as a full-time fishing guide in Charleston and the Florida Keys, he has enjoyed caring for his clients and forming lifelong friendships. Now, Crawford is eager to bring that same dedication to Real Estate, making the home-buying process enjoyable for everyone involved.
Crawford is a big fan of the outdoors, enjoying both the ocean and the mountains. In 2016, he thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. Some of his favorite activities include golf, tennis, snowboarding, traveling, hunting, fishing and exploring new waters on the boat.
